This is definitely a place to stop by in Kensington if pleasure is your game. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They have an amazing selection of books, vibrators (cheapest bullets go for $8-12 and are included in their exchange policy!*) There is a clean and organized display of sex toys, BDSM gear and gender affirming wear. It is so welcoming. * what sold me on them was their exchange policy you can read on any receipt you get. Basically if your item breaks or is defective, you can bring it back and exchange it for the same item or for a similar one at the same price. I had wanted to try this place out using a low-stakes purchase and got one of their cheapest bullets. It broke (of course) but I went back to see if i could exchange it and they did! I don't even remember if i needed to show my receipt. The employee even suggested a better one, with fewer complaints, next to the one I had grabbed.
