Whistler Rainbow Connection (WCSS) ⚠ Unverified Own this place?

We always use Whistler Connection when transferring to and from Whistler for our world travels. They have experienced and professional drivers. TJ was our shuttle driver in September, 2026 from YVR. Personable, professional, efficient and a great driver! Muchas gracias!

Unfortunately while the driver was great and bus was comfortable I have had to wait 2 hrs before the bus left. You have to wait for the last arrival - and they cram them into the bus. Will look at other options next time

We would like to say how fantastic Whistler Connection's service is. The online booking service is easy and follow up communication from the company is very helpful. The staff are incredible, and will go above and beyond if a client requires extra help. On our most recent trip with Whistler Connection coming back from YVR to Whistler, we realized we had lost a very important medical device from our luggage trolley on the way to meet the shuttle. We had to get on the shuttle without it. The Whistler Connection airport staff, Helene and her partner (sorry- we can't remember the other amazing employee's name) retraced our steps at the airport and went to the YVR Lost and Found on our behalf. We received a phone call from Helene within half an hour to say that she had the missing bag in her possession and that it would be on the next available shuttle to Whistler on the following morning. Absolutely amazing care and service!! Thanks so much to all of the staff who helped us out at Whistler Connection! You're the best!

The service is affordable and takes about 9 people at a time. The driver was pleasant, the vehicle well maintained and got us between A and B but the pick up was not great. We waited at the hotel as directed and got there early. Others arrived after us but it was unclear who was waiting for what. We approached the driver when they arrived and were told they were not there for us and started loading three other people’s things. I asked if they would check as I had a confirmation but was told they were sure I wasnt their pick up. Thankfully the concierge called the company to check and eventually I convinced the driver to double check who said oh yes you are on my list. Not really the way to start a holiday and definitely felt pushed aside. Hopefully the trip back, booked in advance is better.

Jim was not only hospitable but full of information about the surrounding areas along the drive from Whistler to our accommodation in Vancouver. A very comfortable and enjoyable journey.

There are a lot of options to get from the Vancover airport to Whistler. Do not take this one. Completely disorganized. I was sold a ticket for 4 pm and told repeatedly to wait for another bus. Finally hot on an old dirty bus and left at 5 pm. And the ticket cost $115 vs $61 for the Skylynk busses that i watched leave on time. You live and you learn please learn from me.

Excellent customer service. When I arrived at the Vancouver airport, I called their phone number and the guidance was so clear it was like the support was standing right next to me. They also handled a couple last minute changes immediately.

So so glad I engaged with WC. It was tempting to go with the cheaper option but the fact this was customized and they would be checking my flights made the slightly higher cost well worth the peace of mind. With such a long drive to Whistler I didn’t want to take a chance. The customer service is an 11! So easy to communicate in real time and the airport guide and drivers were wonderful. Do not hesitate to book with WC. Hint say yes to washroom break enroute if only for the view. Stunning.

I recently traveled with Whistler Connection from YVR to Whistler and unfortunately had a less-than-comfortable experience. The shuttle, a sprinter van, was completely full, which made the journey feel cramped. To make matters worse, a child screamed for the entire duration of the trip, creating an extremely unpleasant environment for everyone onboard. The confined space amplified the noise, and it gave me a severe migraine, which I almost never experience. While I understand that situations like this can arise, it was disappointing that there were no measures in place to manage such disruptions. Suggestions like designated quiet zones or staff intervention could have made a big difference. I did reach out to Whistler Connection afterward to share my horrible experience, the GM acknowledged my concerns and apologized and cited there is nothing else they can do due to company policy. If you are considering using this service, I recommend being prepared for such situations, especially during busy travel times when the shuttle is likely to be full. I hope Whistler Connection considers implementing policies to enhance the comfort of their passengers, as this was not the level of service I expected.
