The rooms were very clean, and the service, especially from the lady on the night shift, was excellent and very friendly. Please, just add some less thin pillows or extra amenities to the room. Everything was fine; I asked for something extra and there were no problems. It would be great if you added a shelf to the closet. These are small details that could be improved, but overall, it's a good place for the low price.

It's a good place, but the beds are very hard and there's no air conditioning.

It's a clean hotel, the bad thing is the location; the surrounding streets aren't very nice despite being in the center, it's like the city center is low-class.
