A very quiet place in an old but renovated hotel, the facilities are in good condition and the staff are very friendly.

This centrally located hotel in Querétaro is within walking distance of the historic center's tourist attractions. The price is reasonable, and it's generally quiet and peaceful, although many rooms are in need of renovation. Few rooms have air conditioning, which isn't ideal during the hot season.

I stayed at this hotel, a little hesitant because of the reviews, but honestly, it was incredible. The reception staff made my stay very pleasant from the moment I called to book until I arrived. José was very kind and friendly, and they gave us complimentary breakfast, which was good, but I think they could improve it. The waitress was also very helpful. The room was fine, except it didn't have air conditioning, and I had some trouble with my TV; it wasn't working, but José came up to fix it. Whenever I need a hotel in Querétaro, I'll stay here again. It's very centrally located and nice.
