The Mining Exchange, Registry Collection Hotels

I stayed three nights for a business trip and rented a conference room for a meeting. From booking to checkout, the staff made it a wonderful experience. Everyone, from the front desk and housekeeping to the coffee baristas, doormen, and janitorial staff, was so genuinely nice. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! The lobby is somewhere you actually want to spend time. It feels warm and inviting, like your favorite coffee shop, and the coffee is fantastic. There’s a variety of seating, so whether you want to get comfy or set up a remote office, you can find a fairly private spot that’s perfect for you. The food is casual, delicious, and great for lunch. I never felt the need to leave the hotel. Everything I wanted was right there. I am a hotel snob, and this place checks all the boxes. I truly felt at home. My room was clean, and the hardwood floors and leather chairs kept it feeling fresh. I was disappointed that I didn’t have a mountain view from my room, but I found a little hidden nook where I could get comfy and read a book with a view of the mountains. It may not be the best fit for kids, since there’s no pool or much room to romp, but if you’re traveling for business, this hotel is perfect!

Absolutely charming hotel! I love a good ambiance from starting in the lobby and this has it! Super cozy, great cafe and food. The room was clean and so unique! Staff was so friendly. That makes it. Yes to staying here!

My daughter & I booked the Mining Exchange, we were in town for a wedding & we were So happy we picked them! Amazing staff, Beautiful hotel & stunning rooms! Highly recommend & we will be back for sure!!

Rooms: all of the rooms are comfortable. Getting a silver room or higher is recommended if you want a nice downtown view. Service: it started rough as I think our receptionist was new. The knowledge and attention went up 1000% when I went back down to get help with an issue with the room. His knowledge and assistance was superior and all of the others during our two day stay. Location: food location to get to many of the sites in the area. We came to hike.

From the valet (Patrick), to the front desk staff (Kaela, Lulu, & Spencer), to the most amazing bar tender I’ve ever experienced (Steven Silva), the service was stellar! We actually extended our stay by one day because we were so enjoying ourselves. The food was delicious too. It was a bit pricey, but ultimately worth it. I’d visit again! Thanks for the wonderful time!

I had a gift certificate for the spa, which unfortunately closed down, so they compensated me for more than enough and went above and beyond in every aspect. I highly recommend them whether you are just visiting or you live here!! Such a great location
