Soho, a long‑standing gay bar on West Nine Mile Road in downtown Ferndale, blends cocktails, dancing, and a pool table for a local crowd. The venue sits in Ferndale, the small city just north of Detroit that has been the center of the area's gay life for two decades. The crowd is a mix of gay men, lesbians, and friends, mostly locals. The bar has a cocktail and martini list, a room to dance, and a pool table. It opens at 4 p.m. on weekdays, 2 p.m. on Saturdays and noon on Sundays, and stays open until 2 a.m. (midnight on Sunday). A handful of other gay‑friendly spots line the same blocks of Nine Mile and Woodward, so you can hop from one to the next.

It's unsafe to come here if you are a person if color or are transgender, they should just have a "White Gays Only" sign outside based on how horribly you'll be treated as a person of color. If you have non white friends or loved ones, DONT GO HERE!!

Didn't have food, the bartenders amd staff were awesome and friendly. The crowd seemed a little clicky, (not the bars fault.) Otherwise, awesome place
