Cheap booking. Friendly staff, good breakfast. There's also a family of cats outside greeting guests 🤣

Andrea was fantastic at check in and gave awesome suggestions for local dining. She gave a heartfelt welcome and not just the canned corporate hospitality. Room was clean and bed was soft and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Double charged me a deposit, then committed fraud by saying I smoked in the room. Not something I would ever do and corporate is backing the decisio. Of this shabby run down place. I will be filing with the BBB and getting my money back eventually, be warned and save your money people!!!

A typical Best Western. One major drawback: extremely noisy air conditioning. Even with earplugs, it's unbearable.

Oh my gosh, fam this place is disgusting. I have bedbug bites all over my body. Please tell anyone you know to avoid this place. I'm still feeling the ick from spending literally eight hours there.

Rooms are nice and the beds are soft lol but the location isn't the best when it comes to easy access in and out and you have to make U-turns just to get to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was horrible the eggs were in a pan full of water, uncooked potatoes and they also make you stay in the lobby to eat 😌 was here for a week so I can confidently say this is their normal

In a funky location but clean, not too expensive. Breakfast wasn't so good, hardly edible. We're talking scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. Not good. Coffee was ok.

Everything about our experience being here has always been very welcoming and comfortable! The location is exceptionally convenient with McDonald's and Denny's right next door within walking distance, but even more convenient they provide free complementary breakfast every morning. Outstandingly huge shout out to the manager Sheryl and another employee, Andrea for both being so kind and helpful during our stay, and their lovely kitchen staff that greeted us kindly every morning!! Nothing negative to say about the rooms. They are always clean and refreshing! We look forward to coming back and staying as long as we can simply for the staff and clean, comfortable rooms they upkeep!

Good location. Beds are comfortable. Personal is very helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast. I don’t like the long mirror by the toilet but everything else is great.

I stayed at this BW about several times and I love its convienent location in the middle of the Fresno area and all of Central Valley! The rooms are comfortable enough for the most part I always had a positive experience checking in except for the most recent time this past March. I lost my wallet that same day and the young Indian lady was acting like she didn’t wanna help me. I did my best to cooperate and she sounded disappointed the whole time. It was unacceptable and I was also disappointed by her unappreciative attitude. She needs to understand that unfortunate things happen and she needs to have a stronger sense of empathy. She didn’t even say “I’m sorry to hear that” Then when I stayed at other hotels I told their front desk agents the same thing and at least they offered me their sympathies unlike her. She needs to do better P.S if it weren’t for that most recent checking in experience, then I would’ve gave it an easy 5 stars
