The Woods Campground

This campground offers excellent facilities, clean modern restrooms with great water pressure that make you never want to leave the shower, along with a pool, restaurant, club, hiking traila and laundry facilities. Friendly staff as well as a strong chosen family welcoming vibe from the residents. Fun and inclusive activities, especially during themed weekends. The property is kept immaculate. My husband and I definitely can't wait to visit again.

Had an amazing time with my boyfriend and two dogs, everyone we met were super nice, totally felt welcomed there; the bathrooms were clean and the showers were better than what I have at home! lol. Cabins are nice and secluded. you’re really immersed in a beautiful landscape with the total freedom to be yourself. Go!

Those who know me know I go to many places like this. So far, this is the best overall. Very good attention to detail, from pre-registration to checkout. Only negative that springs to mind is that (water-filled) potholes are a hazard to pedestrians after dark. I was gonna mention trashcan in comfort station stalls, but this morning they magically appeared.

If you are okay with random nude people walking up into your space at anytime of the day or night then this place is for you, much much better option if you want personal space nude and non nude section options would be Camping Plain Bois just outside Montreal. Otherwise this has its highs and lows.

This is an absolutely amazing place, from the atmosphere to the staff to the other guests I consider it my happy place. The owners are well invested in the campgrounds and work daily to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all the guests are happy. They also have the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen and the best maintenance and facility staff around. The yearly improvements continue to amaze me. Update 2022 The Woods continues to amaze me every year with the upgrades they add and the things they continue to do. The app is amazing. Update 2025 The woods continues to amaze, the new patio is amazing!!! The new Electric will be amazing. 2026, just as amazed, look around and you will find all the upgrades, they just might not be in plain sight
