Great Hotel The rooms were clean and everyone was nice and helpful. Fresh baked cookies available everyday! Great views out of the rooms.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, and was quite and cozy. I was not expecting such an incredible view from my hotel room either! This hotel sits atop a hill and over looks the city and the snake river. I was shocked when I walked into my room and saw such a beautiful sight! Also, the free breakfast was great, and also provided outdoor seating overlooking the city and the snake river. Really an undersold spectacle that was such a treat for the unassuming traveler. Well done holiday inn!
Beautiful view from the breakfast area (and rooms on that side), quiet area, plenty nearby to visit. The bed and room was nice and clean but the shower… See photo. Nice, long, black hairs (multiple) - as a short hair blonde I assure you these aren’t mine. Also long black hairs on the tile floor outside the shower. Luckily, I bring shower sandals for these situations. But these are rare cases. I think this is my 22nd Holiday Inn stay this year and this is only the second one that had a dirty shower… so not bad. But could certainly be better.
The front Desk attend by Jacqy and later by Zay were some of the nicest people I have actually ever met. Friendly, sincere and cheerful. They made me smile and we had the opportunity to interact with them both throughout our 2 days 2 night stay. I thought the rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming. The bathroom nice and big with great lighting. The breakfast was really great too. The eating area was situated so that you could look out over the town and was bright and clean. I thought the food was tasty and there was a nice selection. I appreciated the white egg scramble as a vegetarian option. The staff helping in the eating area were again so friendly and helpful. Just a delight in the morning. All in all, I was very happy to pay a bit more for the upper-scale hot breakfast, the tidy and comfortable rooms, the views, the pool, and especially for the staff! The hotel is lucky to have such great people working for them.
