Vivent Health Milwaukee

My experience so far starting off has been great. My case manager Selena, was extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed for my first experience. She was with me every step of the way and was very encouraging. I recently just got diagnosed so there hospitality was very warm. I was able to get signed up for HDAP same day and just got the approval email. She got me signed up for a sental appointment as well. The nurse thqt attended me was extremely kind and Dr. Keegan was very informative and got everything moving right away. Trying to remember the name of the pharmacy tech I think it was Cory? Anywho he was amazing and explained everything to the tee including how I can get things delivered. I didn't grab a food box so idk how that goes but would be doing that for my follow up appointment.

Can’t get anyone to respond to a request. Especially the dental clinic. Very poor customer service.

I owe all my thanks and praise to Vivent Health today. I am not even sure that I have had any problems with the clinic or the pantry since I began attending last year. I am always greeted with a smile, professionalism from all departments, and the pantry has helped immensely to keep me happy and healthy during a particularly tough year for me. God bless all staff! I thank you all for your time, intelligence, and gracious hearts. You make my day everyday I come to seek your services!

My one and only issue is a particular worker or "volunteer" who's been working in the food pantry for years. Her name is LODDIE, maybe I'm not spelling her name correctly but she has always been rude, inconsiderate, and highly unprofessional. She was 1st at the ARCW pantry on Plankington. Every experience with her seems dreadful. It's like we as patients are bothering her. She never has a kind word to say and always a chip on her shoulder. Doesn't smile, She's so unprofessional to the point that she actually intimidates people. I wonder if her colleagues know just how uncomfortable she makes us feel. My personal opinion, is that if she indeed hates her job or interacting with the patients, she should quit. Vivent health is a beautiful organization, She doesn't represent hope, compassion, love, or patience. She is downright mean spirited.I won't be participating in the pantry as long as she continues to be an employee. I feels as if her colleagues are afraid of her. She definitely has her favorites as well that she allows to break certain rules. Sorry for such a long rant but this had to be said. She behaves like a warden, and as clients or patients, we come there for support, She acts as if we are a burden to her. Her attitude is unbelievable at times, I'll remain a patient. But I'm done with the food pantry as long as she's around. Lottie, needs to be disciplined . I don't know who her supervisor is but her behavior and lack of professionalism looks bad for the entire staff of VIVENT HEALTH. 😭 It's like everyone is a pleasure to interact with throughout your visit until its time to see HER in the food pantry. It's frustrating at times, many ofthe clients are already under a tremendous amount of stress! I hope this situation is resolved soon because it's a toxic situation for all, she needs better skills on how to cope & interact with the community as a whole. Her attitude is disappointing.

No one at front desk will acknowledge you. Just half asleep, boored, staring at nothing

The people in the food pantry found it amusing that I was unable to get out with my food cart. Thank god the security guard helped me get out. I am an amputee that uses a prosthetic . Then when returning cart( after security guard once again helped me, I was unable to return cart to the pantry for handicap button did not work and pantry employee told me I needed a badge. I just can’t Believe how the pantry employee was so inattentive to the needs around him. He actually sat there and watched me struggle to get out with my cart without an ounce of help. If caring volunteers are needed please call me…
