Tool Shed

my partner took me here as a little christmas gift outing, I've never been to an adult store before and was very nervous, felt super awkward going in. It's a small place but has lotsa options, also the workers there were great! Love specifically did a great job walking us through the store & answering questions we had, also was just generally very nice & talkative outside of answering our questions, they helped me feel a lot less weird about the whole thing! I was also surprised to see staff masking, I really appreciate that as someone who is high risk for covid, thank you so much <3 would love to come back soon!

Outstanding queer store! So glad Milwaukee has this place!

I had issues with my package (largely my own fault) and emailed with Hudson. He was extremely understanding, accommodating, and professional. If you're looking for good products with fair prices and amazing staff this is the place. After my experience with this I finally signed up for an account, loyal to yall for sure keep it up!!

Great selection, awesome queer positive store!!! Def will be back next time I'm in the Milwaukee area :)

Amazing location! I had an issue with an online order, Shaan and Hudson helped me over the phone to resolve the issue. 5 star customer service and products. I also appreciate how inclusive they are this location. They have my support.

Best adult store I've been to! The guys there were so helpful and friendly when it came to any question I had.

I've come here twice now, and have a couple of toys. It's expensive, but I think well worth the money. Quality is awesome and haven't had any complaints. Staff is also friendly and nothing really fazes them (which is perfect for first timers or more timid buyers). They answer questions you may have, and the first time I came, they also had instructional videos for first time toy users.

I honestly was terrified of coming into this store and I debated on it for three days 😭 I finally found the courage and not only was I welcomed in, the employees answered my nonstop questions and walked me through the whole store and all of their products! Yes there were other customers in there, but the environment was SO comfortable! The way the store is staged, you feel a sense of comfort and security in how you shop! They also have fencing on the windows so that you do have privacy - and brown bags upon purchase for privacy too! They have so many cute shirts and cards and games to play - let me tell you - I’ll be back! 🙈 If you’re a beginner, fear not! It was such a fun trip and I learned so much!

has some unique items but missing a good chunk of regular items. some really good unique finds but for the most part are very overpriced for everything else

Would recommend ONLY if you are impatient and have $$$ to spend like that. Everything in this store is 3x the regular price. You can find the same things on Amazon. I was in a rush and didn't want to wait and bought 2 male toys equalling to $200 just for them to be useless. If I exercised patience, I could've gotten the same toys from Amazon totalling $60 and I would be less upset. I wasted $200 being impatient and it wasn't worth it ALL.
