By far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I travel extensively the quality of the facility and the service of absolutely superb the manager and the staff bend over backwards to make the experience everything you could hope for.. we even left something behind at a local restaurant and they went and retrieved the item and forwarded it is.. favorite Hotel worldwide and a great location near everything and on the water

Don’t come here they took out the beignets out of the menu😭😭😭😭😭 I flew all over to New Orleans for those beignets only to find out that they just changed the menu and even mentioning I was just coming for them I was told no. I left really disappointed knowing the best beignets in the whole city are gone.

So sad! I planed the best food vacation in new orleans, and the plan was to buy the BEST beignets in New Orleans, and I come to the "best" bar "chandelier" and they sadly change the great menu they had for a boring and really sad menu. Im so disappointed.

My stay here was absolutely top notch. The service, rooms, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Not to mention the bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get out of. I’ve been totally spoiled by this location and will return again and again. I highly recommend.

Exactly what you would expect from the Four Seasons brand with a touch of southern hospitality.

I love this hotel, just ..I expected to have a pool (depth) comparable to this hotel caliber.. not Laquinta .
