Baccarat Hotel New York

Such a great stay, definitely 5 stars! Everything was always so clean, the staff and security were super friendly and helpful. The facilities are amazing and the spa was so good. The location is also perfect, right in Midtown with everything nearby. Would definitely stay again!

This is my third visit to New York, and after experiencing several hotels in the city, I now realize just how exceptional the service at the Baccarat truly was. The suite was spectacular, but the service is what really sets this hotel apart. A level of attention and refinement that is simply difficult to match. Bravo. I’ll see you again.

My experience was great at this hotel! Amazing service and amenities such as a beautiful indoor pool, a relaxing spa, and so much more. The housekeeping team made sure our room was always left spotless, especially Natasha, who was very amazing with her service, very friendly, and helpful!

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and considering how expensive it is, we expected at least some acknowledgment of such a special occasion. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing. No welcome card, no congratulations, no flowers, no bottle of champagne, no bed decoration—absolutely nothing to acknowledge that we were celebrating our honeymoon. It honestly felt like our honeymoon meant nothing to the hotel, despite them knowing the purpose of our stay. And don’t even get me started on the cockroaches around the pool… For a luxury hotel, attention to detail is what makes the experience memorable, and sadly, that was completely missing. It was a huge disappointment and left us with memories we wish we didn’t have.
