Circus Circus Reno - A Caesars Rewards Destination
Some visitors find the casino and arcade areas clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and appreciate it as a kid-friendly option. However, many guests report the hotel is outdated and dirty, with issues like malfunctioning escalators, poor signage, and understaffing leading to long waits and confusion.

WiFi doesn’t work well
The circus shows were like 90 seconds long and only one act?!
Do not stay here! This hotel is dirty, outdated, and feels more like a Motel 6 than a resort, yet they still charge resort fees. We booked what was advertised as a “luxury room” and felt completely misled. The shower constantly clogged, and there was a suspicious white stain on one of the chairs that was so concerning we covered it with towels because we had young children with us. To make matters worse, we woke up with multiple bites. We can’t say for certain whether they were from fleas or something worse, but it was enough to make us very uncomfortable. For a hotel that markets itself to families, there isn’t even a pool for the kids. The arcade and carnival-style games were also ridiculously expensive. Also to get to the lobby from the arcade area you have to walk with your kids through the casino area where everyone is smoking. Overall, the property feels neglected, overpriced, and far below what was advertised. I felt completely scammed and would never stay here again—even if they paid me to. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
We have currently been here only and hour and I am NOT impressed- they are extremely under staffed only one valet- will not let u bring ur own luggage up with a roll cart- It's 12am and I have no luggage bc valet said call as soon as u get to ur room and we will bring it right up... they have yet to answer to phone and guest services is less than helpful- all they do is transfer to the extension that I have been calling. We will not be booking this hotel ever again
