A local institution in the Castro. Sadly, staff have become ruder and ruder to customers over time. Staff also enjoy blasting music like it’s a nightclub (to prioritise their entertainment), ignoring that this is a bar where customers come here to eat, drink and socialise with friends. Better management needed.
