Project NEON

Project NEON is a Seattle harm-reduction and HIV-prevention program for gay, bisexual and trans people who use methamphetamine or are affected by it. It has worked in the city for about two decades. Its services have included counselling, health education, street outreach, advocacy, and social-marketing campaigns about meth and sexual health. The listing gives a Pine Street address on the edge of Capitol Hill. Programs like this often move or reorganise, and the page has only four Google reviews, so check projectneon.org for current services and drop-in details before you visit.
