WOW! This was our first time trying Tampeno and it was absolutely fantastic. The red snapper was delectable, tender with flavor that explodes in your mouth. This place is a hidden gem! We will definitely be back to try more on their menu.

Best grouper I ate on our trip. So good we ate here twice during our recently vacation. Traditional Cuban, fair, seafood, lots of other things beside. Magala gave excellent service first night. Not too busy late as we arrived into the Tampa area later Saturday dinner. Kids meals available - including excellent strip steak. Entire family was pleased. Cakes (chocolate & orange) to go were both excellent.

Great spot. Had the stuffed grouper and it was fantastic. Am writing this review unsure of what dessert to pick! The interior is really nice, I plan on taking my wife her next time we are in Tampa!

Horrible service. It was seat yourself. Sat there for 20 minutes ungreeted/no menus. I am assuming who is the manager is outside trying to get people to come in and is not acknowledging that we have been there waiting either. Instead of trying to fill the place I feel like the people who are already in there should be prioritized. After saying something to the manager, the waitress comes over slams the menus, does not greet us or introduce herself. She asks what we want to drink and I tell her I’m not sure yet (haven’t read the menu) and she just walks away. We got up and left.

Excellent place!!! The service was very good, as were the drinks and food. Our waitress Mahela was super nice and had a great attitude and provided excellent service. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful experience! My son and I had such a great time here. The food was delicious, but what truly made our visit special was Ana! She was absolutely amazing—so sweet, attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed and taken care of. Thank you, Ana, for making our visit extra special! We will definitely be coming back! ❤️
