First timer. Went here just before CNY. Place was full and very hard to move around inside. There was a long waiting time for the walk-ins. Thankfully, we had a table reservation. Atmosphere inside YP was good. It had a wide demographic, but you’ll definitely notice the majority being on the younger side: College students, 20s, some early 30s. Less of a mature crowd. Food was okay. Lots of different hard drinks to choose from. Pick your poison. Quite a number of servers/staff going around ready to receive your order. They help clean your table, refill shot glasses, and take food/drink orders to the cashier. (We had a reservation) One issue we encountered was an unidentified liquid dripping down constantly on our table from the ceiling/air conditioning unit. That’s all.

The vibe here is unmatched! It’s the perfect spot if you want a night that has a little bit of everything. We started with some great drinks, ended up dancing for hours, and even caught some legendary karaoke. The crowd is young and the energy is high—definitely the place to be on a weekend.

Our experience at Yes Please at The Palace was very memorable. We had a great time and found the place highly recommendable. From the entrance, security checks ensure safety, and the friendly crew made us feel welcome. The bartenders were exceptional, providing great service and adding to our positive experience. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, which we appreciated. It's important to reserve a spot before you go, as the venue can get busy. We loved the wide selection of drinks and food, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. We will definitely come back here. Overall, it was a fantastic visit.

We were turned away at the door because, according to the staff, our outfits didn’t fit their “dress code.” No real explanation, just a blunt refusal. The team was unfriendly and dismissive, making the whole experience frustrating rather than fun. If you’re hoping for a welcoming night out, think again—this place feels more like a judgment zone than a nightclub.
