Stayed here in 2022 with a group and had a nice time. The service was lovely and the experience felt safe and welcoming. :) Hoping to come back in the future.

Lessing gave me a fantastic introduction and went out of her way to help. The tall gentleman from Morocco who worked as a host to the restaurant was also amazing. Well done to all.

Breakfast was pleasant and the food was good. Thank you to the Novotel staff for the warm welcome, especially to Ms. Alima.
