I’ve been going to Refined Wellness & Recovery in Coffs Harbour for a while now, and it’s become more than just a place for recovery. The setup is clean, well run, and suits both people training hard and those just looking to manage stress. What stood out to me most though is the atmosphere. At first it feels very individual, but over time you start recognising faces, conversations happen naturally, and there’s a genuine sense of community without any pressure. The contrast pools cater to both mindsets — whether you’re there with intention or just to unwind, it works. For me, it’s been just as valuable mentally as it has physically. If you’re on the fence, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Refined Recovery & Wellness has become part of my daily routine. I’m there almost every day using the sauna, ice baths, and compression, and I honestly love it. The facilities are top-tier, always clean, and everything is set up to support real recovery. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their training and wellbeing.

Refined has bought a very much needed elite recovery centre to Coffs Harbour. Marty and the team have really outdone themselves with this facility. Recovery and self care is my focus for my health & fitness routine in 2024 and day 4 I have noticed a massive change in my sleep , my training and recovery. It’s also a great way to catch up with friends whilst looking after yourself and unwinding at the same time. Refined simply ticks every box and then some. It simply is a must and the best way to end the day. Absolutely recommend 🙌🏽
