We were on a tour and stayed at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Importantly, the fish tank in the lobby had very cute and tame red fish. The breakfast restaurant is on the second floor. The security system is excellent; you need a key card to access your room. It's convenient for getting around Shanghai.
