Zero Hospitality in restaurant and waiter was eating while serving...behavior of all the serving staff is very bad...they are very rude and unprofessional....they didnt serv us water.....will never visit again and not suggest others to visit....

Great hotel, staff is helpful and prompt at helping. They have place for driver to stay. Overall great and smooth experience.

I recently visited Step In Hotel for a family function and had lunch there. While the banquet setup and overall arrangements were decent, the food quality was very disappointing. The taste of most dishes was below average, and unfortunately, even basic items were not up to the mark. I specifically tried the Gulab Jamun, which was completely tasteless and not fresh, which was quite surprising. I would recommend that if you are planning to book their banquet hall, make sure to clearly discuss food quality and taste expectations with the hotel staff in advance. Improving the food quality would really enhance the overall experience.

"I had the worst experience with the hospitality at the hotel last night. I was sleeping, and around 2 AM, I felt itchy. When I woke up, I found lots of bed bugs (Khatmal) in my bed and surroundings, and my body was hurting a lot. I also had an infection reaction on my hand. I informed the staff at midnight, and they changed my room around 3 o'clock. However, I left the hotel in the morning, and I still haven't received an apology call or any follow-up to check if I'm okay. It seems like they don't care about their customers."
