The hotel is okay. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean. I took 4 rooms yesterday, all of them were satisfactory. The receptionists were friendly and kind. If I go to Medan, I will definitely stay here again.

I initially underestimated it, but it turned out to be a great hotel. The food is delicious, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I recommend it for the next time I visit Medan. My only suggestion is that the elevator should go up to the 6th floor. Thank you.

A very nice hotel in medan city. Located opposite the legendary tiptop restaurant and a newly opened coffee joint. The room is cosy, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is included. Price is affordable. Staff are friendly and approachable. Walking distance to batik and souvenirs shops.

The location is strategic, close to Merdeka Walk and the Tjong Afi tourist attraction, and bustling with street vendors and live bands at night. The rooms are very clean, even the bathroom is clean. The breakfast is also delicious. It's no wonder many tourists stay here.
