We stayed at the hotel for a night during May with a gift voucher we received. From the moment we booked a room through check-in and throughout our stay, we received excellent and cordial service from all the hotel employees. At our request, we received the room earlier, the room itself is spacious with a large bathroom, a TV with Netflix, the only minus in the room is that the balcony is a little small. The hotel offers a free drinks bar with nice seating areas throughout the hotel. The breakfast served at Cafe Nili on the pedestrian street is varied and delicious. All in all, an excellent experience for those interested in a small boutique hotel with personal and caring attention from the staff. Highly recommended.👍

We didn't stay there, but we came to the spa for a massage. We left the place extremely satisfied, the best massage we've ever had! For me, deep tissue, with the amazing Rinat, super professional, thoughtful, inclusive, simply a perfect massage. For me, a classic massage with Ariella, came out with a similar experience to mine. The massages were tailored to our needs, and we left feeling like each of us got exactly what we asked for. Beyond that, the place is cozy, inviting, and comfortable. Many thanks to Rinat, Ariella, and the entire team.

Stunning hotel, quiet, with a pleasant design. Very clean. We had breakfast at one of the cafes on the pedestrian street, it was delicious and luxurious. Highly recommend.

Charming hotel, lovely room, great massage, fun ice bath experience, nice little bar with complimentary coffee, tea, wine, beer, and soft drinks.

We arrived at the couples spa. The staff was very kind, and the place is beautifully decorated. For improvement: There is only one shower room, and everyone's lockers are there. That is, if someone is washed off the massage material, there is no access to the lockers.

We arrived for a spa day and pampering. The place is beautiful, the bar is tiny and nice. There is no window or place to sit quietly. We booked a few massages so we were there for a few hours and the place was like a train station. We didn't even have a place to change into robes or take a shower, there was no place to put our clothes. The place was full and there were only two bathrooms to change clothes and take a shower. We sat like homeless people until they called us for a massage that was more caressing even though we asked hard. No one asked how it was? Why are we standing with all the piles of clothes in our hands because there is no place to sit? The head massage was even worse! I had knots in my curls so they just pulled until I screamed and asked to stop the treatment. And another massage started ten minutes after the time and ended ten minutes before the time. Really, really disappointing! It's a shame that you try to make up for the disappointing experience and ask us to contact you and then you leave me waiting for hours. I would be happy if you would get back to me even after the feedback we provided. I expected you to call to inquire. You really don't care about the guests and the service.
