Prima City Hotel Tel Aviv

The hotel was very perfect, the staff are lovely Especially Sudani the smiling employee gave us a feeling of VIP treatment Hotel 10/10 Delicious food, plenty, good smell, clean, always available ❤️

Lovely staff, nice food, good accessibility, private parking in the hotel parking lot for a reasonable fee, close to Frishman Beach, quiet street, nearby synagogues, worth it.

An exceptional service experience, cleanliness, a level of courtesy that you don't see anymore, Sudan, a rare person we met at every opportunity, and all with a wide smile and great courtesy. A place literally a minute from the sea and close to every location, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a great pleasure, Shaul, the CEO, and the team, a high level.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and the service is also good. The problem is that the rooms, although renovated, are very, very small.

Lovely hotel I have stayed there before and really enjoyed it. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. Today I visited again, during the alarm and I was lucky enough to see exemplary hospitality. I have never seen such a welcoming shelter and the staff is lovely, led by the manager Shaul Kaduri who took care of everyone calmly.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is important. I live across the street from Prima City Hotel, and over the past few weeks during the sirens, many of us have been running there at all hours to use their shelter. People often gather and hang out in the lobby before alerts, even though it’s meant for guests. The staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming every single time. Even as dozens of us fill the space, they go out of their way to help, whether it’s offering water, WiFi, or simply creating a calm and supportive environment. If this is how they treat people who aren’t even guests, I can only imagine the experience of staying there. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tel Aviv.
