Everything is good. The downside is that it is noisy when sleeping and the soundproofing is poor.

I tried a different capsule room instead of the Nine Hours one I usually stay at. First off, I liked that it was on a single level, making it convenient to enter. However, while the women's area is separated, the rest is co-ed, so you might run into people of the opposite sex in the shower. Also, while the bed is nice, it is wide horizontally but narrow vertically, so tall people will likely have their legs sticking out. It is a shame that there are no personal lockers, so storing luggage is a bit inconvenient. The location is fantastic, but it was a bit disappointing considering the price.

Good Facilities, Serious Security Concern The hotel is clean, the facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are all friendly — no complaints there. However, I experienced a serious safety issue. During the first three nights of my six-night stay, an unauthorized individual was present in the common areas late at night. This person behaved in a deliberately hostile manner toward me — repeatedly coughing directly at me in the kitchen, lounge, and bathroom, which I confirmed without doubt when I caught him in the mirror coughing at the back of my head. I reported it to the hotel, and to their credit, they took action and the person did not appear again. However, I had already caught a throat infection, which disrupted my work and travel for the rest of the trip. I also found myself anxious outside the hotel, worried about potential retaliation from someone who now knew I had reported him. The hotel itself is comfortable and the staff are kind, but I would not be able to recommend it given this experience.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My stay at The Millennials Fukuoka was absolutely fantastic. This place offers a modern, stylish take on the capsule hotel experience, with smart pods, comfortable beds, and thoughtful amenities that make it feel much more premium than you might expect. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city — making it incredibly convenient for exploring Fukuoka. But what really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was amazing, with great quality and a satisfying variety to start the day right. On top of that, they even offer free all-you-can-drink beer during happy hour (5:30 pm to 6:30 pm), which was a fun and unique bonus. Despite being a capsule hotel, it was impressively quiet, and I was able to sleep very well each night. Overall, this is an outstanding option for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of fun in Fukuoka. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here for just one night after returning from an overseas trip. Since I had made a reservation in advance, the staff were very helpful even without checking in. The facilities were clean, and although I had the impression it was a mixed-gender facility, they probably separated men and women into sections A, B, and C. I only encountered men twice on the same floor. The bed was adjustable, allowing me to use the space comfortably. I would like to use it again.

Good place n good location

This hotel is ok. You know what is good about it? It’s located in the red light district in Fukuoka which is great. Any red light district has great food and lots of interesting people walking about. This hotel also has a happy hour in its bar so you can drink yourself silly before wandering about town. There’s also good ramen all around the area. And it is in Nakasu which is literally a ten minute taxi ride from the airport!

I stayed at Millennials and Lively several times shortly after they opened... but this is the first time I have experienced such unfriendly service. Please, if you don't want to work, don't make customers feel bad; just go home and rest. I have stayed at countless hotels in Fukuoka, but this is the first time I have felt this bad. To make matters worse, the staff member was so gloomy compared to the other employees nearby. I am referring to the person wearing a mask who was on the far left (next to the wall by the hotel door) when facing the check-in counter around 3:10 PM on August 29th.
