PuiPui

PuiPui (ぷいぷい) is a small, welcoming gay snack-and-karaoke bar in Kobe's Higashimon-gai entertainment alley in Sannomiya. Marked by a large rainbow flag at the entrance and run by a friendly mama-san, it's a relaxed spot where local gay men and curious visitors sing karaoke and chat over drinks. Like most Kobe gay bars it's intimate, seating only a handful of guests, and newcomers — including solo travelers and those with limited Japanese — are made to feel at ease.
