There aren't many bakeries around here, so this is a great place to eat. It's a little pricey. The Margherita Croque Monsieur is the best.

The room itself is spacious enough for a solo stay, and it's clean. There's a microwave, induction cooktop, and kettle(?) inside, and they'll lend you pots and pans if you ask, so you can cook if you want. However, the bed is a bit hard, and the shower room is really small. If you're a larger person, it might be uncomfortable to shower. If you enjoy walking through quiet residential areas in Japan, the location is fine. If you're trying to save on transportation like me, you can just walk for 30 to 40 minutes. You'll definitely need to transfer at least one station to get anywhere. The surrounding residential area has a very local vibe (I rarely saw foreigners around). It wasn't too scary for a woman walking around alone at night. It was quiet and nice, so I think I'll stay here again.

I stayed for 3 nights starting December 8th. The hotel is in a good location, there's no need to interact with the staff as they leave early, but the staff are very polite and kind. The duvets in the rooms are too short, the stools need to be replaced. I also think installing an elevator isn't ideal, but they could install a simple rail system for carrying luggage up and down the stairs. Thank you.

Had an excellent 8 night stay in october. Everything was clean and we were never bothered. Self check in was a bit slow but worked. only about a block from a station, then 1 stop from shinjuju station.

Location: Within a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Recommended to avoid rush hour. Room: Clean. However, the bed is a bit high. Spaciouser than expected. Well-equipped. Washing machine, refrigerator, and bidet available. The ceiling has an exposed concrete vibe. The floor appears to be concrete with an epoxy coating. Although it is clearly accommodation, because the floor, ceiling, and walls are concrete, it feels more like staying in an exposed concrete themed cafe rather than a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. (Not a drawback) Surroundings: Quiet as it is in a residential area. Building: There is a cafe on the first floor. I did not use it. Price: I stayed for about 90,000 won per night (April cherry blossom season). If I had the money, I would consider staying again. The owner is friendly.

I'm a regular customer at this cafe. It's stylish, spacious, and very comfortable ☕️ I love the atmosphere, especially with the many international customers! Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold.

Stayed here for a week and really loved it! The location is super convenient — less than 1 km from Hatsudai Station, so it’s super easy to get around Tokyo. There are lots of nice restaurants around, and a laundromat just about 100 meters to the right of the hotel (super useful if you’re staying longer). I often just walked instead of taking the train — around 40 minutes to Shibuya, 20 to Harajuku, and even less to Shinjuku. Perfect spot if you like exploring on foot. Great place for solo travelers or families. Totally recommend it!

Really unique hotel with a lovely cafe downstairs. The rooms are kind of brutalist themed with murals on the wall and bathrooms, kitchenettes, washing machines inside. The bed was really comfy and the neighbourhood is so quiet. Definitely recommend.

Ok where to start…this place was so amazing. Not only do you check in with an iPad (no people at all), but you get your own washer/drier. I was travelling with my mom and sister and they wouldn’t stop talking about how much they loved that washer and drier. Now, it was super spacious which was unique considering Tokyos compression and the kitchen was massive! Also, if you want a quirky experience, go across the street to the sushi restaurant, it is hilarious! When you get in, you also answer to a tablet and then one you (high confusion) get your table number, they played “pomp and circumstance” as you walk to your table like your the queen of England! Anyway, go to this place! It’s pretty sweet!
