Hotel Emion SAPPORO

I stayed here overnight. The hotel was new and clean, and the room had a calm atmosphere, allowing me to relax. The bed was very comfortable, and I was impressed by how well I slept. The staff were also very polite, and I had a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.

The hotel is beautiful, but the room I stayed in was quite small compared to similar hotels of the same standard. Oddly, the bathroom was elevated above floor level, making it inconvenient to access.

On the first day, I was assigned a room that was unkempt and had stains still visible on the floor and bedding. They had covered the stains with a bathrobe. It took quite a while after I complained before I was even able to change rooms. Is this really something that should take that long? I have visited Japan over 100 times for business, but it seems some Japanese people cannot distinguish between public and private matters. In the case of the Emion Hotel, they absolutely never assign a "Best Room" to Koreans. Out of the Club Rooms on the 13th and 14th floors, they gave me a room on the 13th (with a view of offices where people were working). Having experienced this so many times, I just let it slide. Still, just in case, since I could see people from the office across the way, I requested a change of room direction. As expected, without even checking, I received the predictable answer that the hotel was fully booked. It makes no sense that they allowed an early check-in at 2:30 PM while claiming the hotel was fully booked. Furthermore, this was a consecutive stay where I had stayed in a different room at the Emion Hotel the day before and was simply changing rooms. I understand that changing rooms can naturally be difficult depending on the hotel's situation. However, I was appalled by the indifferent attitude of the staff member who responded without even verifying the details. I believe the staff lack the basic qualifications expected of hotel professionals, especially considering the infrastructure of the Emion Hotel. I never saw any of the typical behavior you expect from hotel staff who do their best to fulfill customer requests. They act friendly in front of you, but are not friendly at all in reality—a double-faced attitude. It just looks petty and childish. I will not revisit the Emion Hotel, nor will I recommend it. This is because the hotel staff can make for a very unpleasant visit. * For reference, I am someone who always tidies up the room perfectly before checking out out of consideration for the room service staff.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the public bath was very nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Sapporo.

The hotel is close to the station and the facilities are very clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The public bath isn't large, but it's clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are good. I think it's a perfectly adequate bathing facility for a hotel so close to the station. It's great that you can use it from 3 PM to 1 AM after check-in.

This was my second trip to Sapporo, and my first time staying at Emion. The hotel had excellent amenities, a large public bath (and even allowed guests with tattoos!), and the breakfast buffet looked incredibly luxurious, so I'd like to try it next time I stay there. The room was clean, the hotel was close to the station, and there was a Starbucks and a soba noodle restaurant nearby! It was only a 10-minute taxi ride to the NIKEA sign in Susukino, and the location was great for getting around!

I stayed here on the recommendation of my travel agency. What I particularly liked was the thoroughness of the bathrooms and the wide variety of breakfast options. Overall, everything was above average; it's no wonder it's so popular. I would definitely like to stay here again. 😊 Thank you very much.

It's about two blocks from the north exit of Sapporo Station. If there's no snow, it's easy to find if you walk on the ground. We stayed for three nights and four days with three generations of our family, and the room was spacious, there was a large public bath, and it was very comfortable. Having a convenience store on the first floor is also convenient.

I used this hotel for a trip. When I went to drop off my luggage before check-in, my room was already being cleaned, so they let me check in early. I had a club floor room and was able to use the lounge. The hotel was directly connected to an underground passage, which was great because it meant I wasn't affected by the weather, but using the underground passage made the distance to the hotel feel a little far. There's a convenience store attached to the hotel. It's convenient to be able to go to the convenience store from the lobby, but since hotel robes aren't allowed in the lobby, having to go there before going to my room was a little inconvenient.

The hotel's buffet breakfast was quite good. It was a buffet style, with both Japanese and Western options available. There was also a large public bath.
