This was my first trip to Hokkaido! Two women in their 60s traveling together. We searched for hotels near the station and booked this one because of the high ratings for breakfast in the reviews. In conclusion, it was a great choice! It's about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station's North Exit. We were already excited when we saw the hotel – so stylish! The staff were polite, the room was clean and stylish – truly befitting of Sapporo, the city of trends. We enjoyed Sapporo's nightlife (being close to the station is a big plus!), slept soundly in the wonderful hotel, and had a fantastic breakfast in the morning. It was truly delicious! Incidentally, they upgraded us to a deluxe room because they had one available. Thank you so much! 😊 If I ever come to Sapporo again, I'll definitely be a repeat customer! 👍
Reasonable price, great location, comfortable room—no complaints! I've stayed here twice! Only plastic slippers are provided in the room; if you need disposable slippers, please ask at the front desk.
BE AWARE!!! Staff says we have to pay an extra 30,000 YEN on check in.. They were also very rude about this fact. Please make sure you confirm every single little detail, as id you make even the slightest mistake they will charge you basically double your rate
The biggest headache for Taiwanese people in the city is parking, and this place solves that problem. Just drive into the paid parking lot next door; there's an elevator nearby. Take it to the first floor, walk to the hotel lobby, and you're there. The parking fee is 1500 yen per day (24 hours), but the hotel will cover 500 yen for you. Also, there's a connecting passage on the second floor to an underground shopping mall, so if it snows, you don't have to worry about the ice, snow, wind, or cold. It's really great!
