Auckland Pride is the charitable trust that runs the city's Pride Festival every February. The festival lasts several weeks and includes arts, performance and community events at venues across Auckland. The community-led Pride March through the central city is its main fixture. Since 2019 the trust has run the festival on a community-led basis.
Most events are in the central city and Karangahape Road, where Auckland's gay bars are. Programme details and partner events go up on aucklandpride.org.nz a few weeks before February. Many events are free and some sell out early.
