We booked through Agoda so experience might vary for actual walk-in customers. The rooms and the check-in experience was very smooth. The suite that we availed was very spacious and had lots of amenities, such as a water kettle/heater, mini fridge, and a very spacious desk, dresser, and cabinet. We requested for extra pillows which set us P100 back for each pillow - which surprised me a bit. VERY bang for the buck at such a prime location (in my opinion)
