Creativity and fun, yet meticulous attention to detail is evident; every server, serious and attentive, carefully ensures the show's perfection. The Japanese chef is the comedic and creative force, while his wife oversees the entire event—it's both entertaining and delicious. Each Japanese-Italian dish is perfectly placed, making it a truly captivating restaurant. The wine pairings are also interesting.

⭐️Excellent storytelling ⭐️Good interaction ⭕️Worth a return visit and highly recommended High price range <1 person/$4980+10%> I'd always known the atmosphere here was great, and my experience confirmed it. The chef was humorous and charming, with a high level of interaction. My female friend, who speaks Japanese, made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.🩷 The food was exquisite overall; every dish was satisfying, with no particularly jarring or unpalatable flavors. I especially loved the chikuwa swordfish chikuwa; the sweet and savory seasoning was just to my liking. The jigura reminded me of my time living in Keelung; the moment I tasted it, that familiar feeling came rushing back.🥺 The freshly made handmade pasta was also impressive. From kneading and rolling the dough to the final product, you could see the chef preparing it. The accompanying egg drop soup added a touch of nostalgia! Until the chef shared that the inspiration for this dish came from "Wei Li Fried Sauce Noodles" he had in Taiwan, I suddenly understood the flavor the dish was trying to convey. It wasn't just a recreation of Wei Li Fried Sauce Noodles, but rather a reinterpretation of a familiar memory in a different form. The sweetness of the dessert was just right! I usually dread desserts as the ending, but this time I was actually looking forward to it. Especially the last dish, the "sandwich-like" dessert, which wasn't just delicious, but also provided a meaningful conclusion to the entire meal. There are only about 12 seats at the bar, and only one session per day. It's understandable that reservations are difficult, but I actually really liked this arrangement. After all, you can directly see the entire cooking process, and the chef will share the inspiration and creative philosophy behind each dish, making it not just about food, but also about experiencing a story.

Combining creativity and presentation with flavors that appeal to most palates, this husband-and-wife team is truly interesting and dedicated. It's a pity I didn't come when they first opened four years ago. The food is filling enough; I won't go into detail about the delicious dishes here, but they were all generally very tasty. The pairings are reasonably priced and generous. The chef mentioned that they'll soon have new ideas to innovate upon the existing foundation and bring everyone a more unique experience—I'm really looking forward to it!
