The location was great, being close to Jomtien Beach and Dong Thanh Beach, with plenty of good restaurants and night markets nearby, and easy access to songthaews (shared taxis). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the room smelled of sewage! I thought I could tolerate it since I was only sleeping there, but I couldn't stand it and asked to change rooms the next day. In the early afternoon, I moved from the second floor to a first-floor room (I had booked a pool suite). Perhaps because I strongly requested a room that didn't smell, this time the air freshener (deodorizing spray?) smelled really strong! (At least it was better than the sewage smell), but as time went on, the sewage smell returned... Well, I was checking out the next day, so I just put up with it. I asked another Japanese guest staying at the hotel, and they said their room didn't smell at all. Was I just unlucky and got a smelly room? If it weren't for the bad smell in the room, I would definitely want to stay again, but that smell was just too much... By the way, I don't think you need breakfast (lol). There's a 7-Eleven and a bakery nearby, so you can buy something there and eat it on a pool chair, which should be sufficient.

Went their for the International buffet breakfast, wide selection range from juices, cereal, youghurt, toast , jams, eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, dumplings, waffles ,pancakes, patries tea and coffee , value for money buffet at 250 baht for mid range quality

goog value hotel, room clean and friendly staff , with great swing pool, rare for this level of hotel

All staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is quite great just 5 - 10 min from the hotel to the beach and they also have facilities for you to enjoy such as swimming pool, jacuzzi pool ,steam room and sauna I really strongly recommended this place

Excellent hotel, stayed with a friend. Simple rooms (not luxury), friendly staff, always ready to help 👍 Everything is very close: shops, currency exchange offices, cafes, everything is great!

The hotel is located in a fairly noisy area, surrounded by bars. (But with the window closed, we couldn't hear them.) It's close to the gay strip, Olkin Street. Therefore, there are a lot of male and female couples in the hotel. The staff is excellent. Breakfast is served until 2:00 PM. 250 baht per person, 150 baht for children. A 6-minute walk from the bus station. A laundromat is across the street. The market is a 13-minute walk or 15 baht by tuk-tuk. There's one clean pool for adults.
