😀😀 Hi everyone, today I'd like to talk about this hotel, and I hope you like it. My stay was from May 18th (Mon) to May 20th (Wed), a total of two nights, for a total price of $250. I booked through Agoda. Advantages: (1) Excellent location. It's only a 7-10 minute walk from BTS Sala Daeng station. Along the way, you can see 7-Eleven, Donki, various shopping malls, massage parlors, restaurants, and bars. The Patpong Night Market is also nearby. (2) The rooms are simple, well-air-conditioned, and have fresh air. There are no unpleasant odors or a cramped feeling. All the guests are friendly and self-disciplined, and there was no excessive talking, noise, playing music, or other disturbing behavior in the rooms. (3) The staff are very friendly and handsome. A 1000 BHT deposit is required upon check-in, and the staff will give you a towel, a key card for the sleeping area, and a free ticket to the "1/0 sauna". If you have any questions about traveling, the staff are happy to answer and share their knowledge. The "1/0 sauna" isn't on the main floor of the hotel; it's about a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. (4) There's a free karaoke room for guests to socialize. The guests are quite good singers; sitting nearby while enjoying a strawberry yogurt smoothie and listening to a handsome young man sing is very relaxing and therapeutic. (5) There are red and green indicators outside the beds, which is a great design. Red means it's time to rest and sleep. Green means it's time to socialize or exercise together. Disadvantages: (1) The lockers are reasonably spacious (right side of the picture) but a bit narrow; large suitcases might not fit. (2) The bathroom is quite basic, offering only one type of bath product without labeling it. It's best to bring your own shampoo and shower gel packets for peace of mind. Also, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste to be environmentally conscious. (3) There's no elevator, only stairs. This might be inconvenient for travelers with a lot of luggage or mobility issues. I was assigned to room 5/F that day, luckily I was a backpacker. (4) There were no room doors, the open design definitely made guests feel uneasy. Guests on other floors could freely enter other rooms. This is obviously beneficial for making friends and exercising, but everyone should remember to keep their belongings safe. Personal experience and sharing: I stayed for two nights and exercised three times. Luckily, my roommates didn't snore, so I slept soundly and woke up naturally. My roommates were around 20 to 35 years old, above average in looks, including an energetic boy, a charismatic young man, a Grab deliveryman, and a man with a large penis. Most of them spoke Mandarin. 😉😉 Although each bed had a small curtain, everyone was very generous and would open the curtain when they had time. Some weren't wearing anything, some were only wearing underwear, which made me want to exercise. Haha. However, when inviting others to exercise, you should get their permission first. Summary: Above average value for money. This friendly hotel is definitely worth recommending. You can try it out for one or two days first to see if you can sleep well. After all, traveling without a good night's sleep is exhausting. I had a very fulfilling and happy trip here, and I'll definitely stay here for a few days next time I'm in Bangkok. Thank you for reading.
Nice hostel with plenty of opportunities to meet other travellers and locals. Most people I met were friendly, except for a few rude and inconsiderate PRC guests who would talk on speakerphone or shine their phone lights at others. That’s not really the hostel’s fault though — they did their best by putting up plenty of signs reminding guests to be respectful. One thing to consider: there’s NO lift, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. Most of us are young and active, so it wasn’t really a problem for us. The rooms/cabins were nice, clean, and comfortable, although the pillows could be improved with better quality ones. The toilets and showers on Level 5 could use a bit of improvement, but the facilities on Levels 3 and 4 were much better and perfectly usable.
