Centara Reserve Samui

There are small rooms with no closets at all and no table and chair in the room... Excellent service, excellent location, amazing beaches, large pools, there is an amazing tour advisor at the entrance.

Hotel is very over rated, rooms are tiny with hardly any storage space, staff don't make you feel yiu are in a 5*resort and prices for food and drinks are ridiculous for thailand, despite there being restaurants literally across the road for 1/4th the price and much more authentic, pool is nice though but no service unless tou ask for it

Good day everyone! We stayed at the hotel for several days. I'll share a short review. Upon check-in, we paid a $100 deposit per night at the bar and paid in local currency upon check-out. It's the best hotel on Chaweng Beach, with a spacious grounds and a convenient location on the beachfront, private sun loungers and soft sunbeds on the beach. The rooms were smaller than advertised on the website (or so we thought) and were already a bit tired. We ultimately opted for a two-bedroom apartment so our son could have his own room and bathroom. There's a complimentary minibar in the room, including alcohol. We requested an iron and ironing board upon check-in and left them in the room for the entire stay. There's a daily gift: you press a button on your phone and they'll bring you a treat on a plate (we only liked the chocolate). The housekeeping was mediocre. My robe was once dirty, but when I called, they immediately replaced it and gave me a complimentary whiskey 😂🤌. The hotel offers sports activities; you need to ask for the schedule and sign up. We rented an efoil and a jet ski near the hotel, but it's better to go left and rent one from the guys; the equipment and price are better. The breakfasts are decent, but for a five-star hotel, the juicer needs to be cleaned more often; everyone comes and makes juice, and it gets clogged accordingly. There's a large selection of food, including a separate station for soups and noodles. You can also order à la carte. Behind the hotel, there are many cafes, a 7/11, and a fruit stand that makes delicious smoothies.

The location of the hotel is very close to many restaurants like indian, turkish, thai etc Along with good travel information kiosks and massage centers around . The service of the hotel is great especially our reserve ocean suite , we are pampered well. The breakfast is excellent with large variety and even vegeterian options. The pool, lawns , beach , restaurants, bar , everything is well maintained . It is a very beautiful place to stay in Koh Samui!!!

The staff here are lovely, always smiling and taking great care of guests. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. It's truly a one-stop shop. We celebrated my birthday with friends for 3 days and 2 nights, and we basically stayed at the hotel the whole time 🤭 They even had a lovely surprise for us. I was so impressed with my first trip to Koh Samui. It was exactly as other reviews said, and it was perfect. The spa was amazing, the massage was fantastic! I loved it. Everyone should try it!🥂💚

We had an incredible stay at Centara Reserve Samui. The entire resort has a truly premium, luxury feel, but what makes it extra special is the genuinely friendly and attentive staff. ​The beach is absolutely stunning with powdery white sand and clear waters. To top it all off, the food was spectacular throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
