SWING Pattaya

SWING (Service Workers In Group) runs a community-led sexual-health clinic in the Walking Street area of Pattaya, offering free HIV and STI testing, counselling and outreach aimed at male, female and transgender entertainment workers and the wider LGBTQ+ community. Part of a national network with sister centres in Bangkok and Koh Samui, the Pattaya drop-in is a discreet, friendly first point of contact for sexual-health services.
