We had an amazing honeymoon-stay at Outrigger Surin and incredibly enjoyed every single moment there. Amazing team: super attentive, friendly and very professional. I had a serious accident before arrival and we informed the team one day in advance. We were very scared, but team’s warm attitude and care made me feel much more secure and well taken care of throughout my stay. Special thanks to Guide! They contacted nearby clinic beforehand, offered us free drive. Warm thanks to the whole team for making our bittersweet honeymoon more enjoyable. We are already making plans of coming back! Mon - gave us a welcome massage. We really enjoyed it. The massage is included in the hotel price. And that was doubly nice. We were left with wonderful impressions of the hotel and the service.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Outrigger Surin Beach Resort in Phuket and felt completely at ease from the very beginning. The hotel is rather small and charmingly designed, which is precisely what gives it its special appeal. It has everything you could possibly need, and you immediately notice how much they value hospitality. I especially loved the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. Whether it was the lovely staff at check-in, the hotel service, the breakfast team, or even the security guard outside who always kindly helped you cross to the beach – you were always greeted with a smile and simply felt welcome. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of choices, so there really was something for everyone. I also think it's fantastic that you can even have breakfast or dinner there if you're not a hotel guest. That's a really great idea and further demonstrates the hotel's open and welcoming atmosphere. The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained, the gym was excellent, and the food in general was very tasty. I really had nothing to complain about – I would definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel 🤍 From the very first moment you arrive, you are surrounded with so much care, warmth, and genuine kindness from the staff. They make you feel truly welcome, not just like another guest. I especially want to mention the wonderful man who helps guests cross the road to the beach. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was honestly one of the most amazing people we met during our stay. Every single day he would stop the traffic for guests so everyone could safely cross, always greeting us with the biggest smile, jokes, and such beautiful positive energy. He made every day brighter and created such a warm atmosphere around the hotel. He is truly unforgettable. I want to sincerely thank the entire team for making our stay so special. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, caring, and always ready to help with anything. Our room was absolutely incredible - so beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed that we even decided to extend our stay for two more days. You can really feel that every detail of the interior was created with guests’ comfort in mind. The breakfasts were amazing 🤍 A huge variety of dishes and fruits, everything was fresh and delicious. And a special thank you for serving breakfast until 11 AM instead of 10 AM like many other hotels - it gives you the chance to sleep a little longer and fully enjoy your vacation. Although a little tip: if you come after 10:30, some of the most popular dishes might already be gone 😄 The pools were fantastic, the gym was great, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt peaceful, luxurious, and welcoming. I could honestly keep writing about all the little details that made this stay so memorable. But the most important thing is - this hotel is truly incredible. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely come back again 🤍

Mon was excellent. Highly recommend, massage on my shoulders was very good, and they feel much better!

The staff and security guards were very kind, attentive, and helpful. The view is beautiful and close to the accommodation. There's plenty of parking, but you have to park in the sun.

My husband and I had Mon for our massages and she was beyond excellent. She made sure we were comfortable the entire time, and her technique was truly amazing. The attention to detail and care she provided made for an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Mon to anyone looking for an exceptional massage!

We had such a lovely stay at Outrigger Surin Beach Resort. Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I was especially touched by how much attention they paid to personal preferences — even something as simple as pillows. The team kindly offered extra options to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. A special mention as well to the lovely lady at the breakfast egg station — she was always so energetic, positive, and proactive every morning, which really brightened the start of our day. Overall, it was such a happy and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Outrigger. The personnel were truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in front of one of the most beautiful and less crowded beaches in Phuket. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
