Paramount hotel Dubai

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The property is completely outdated, everything looks worn out, and the rooms were dirty beyond belief. After seeing the shocking state of our first room, I requested a change. The housekeeping supervisor agreed the room was dirty and offered to clean it or move us. However, a few minutes later, the housekeeping manager turned up with so much attitude. They were incredibly rude and only reluctantly agreed to move us.We left for lunch to give them time to sort it out. When we came back, absolutely nothing had been done. To make it worse, the reception desk was not even aware of the issue. They just ended up giving us another room that was in the exact same dirty, worn-out condition.Exhausted by the attitude and lack of care, I demanded to speak to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager stepped in and finally managed to get us a clean, better room. If it wasn’t for the duty manager’s professionalism, this would be a zero-star review.

I had very good experience in Paramount, started with Hakam and Majda they did great job to make my stay unforgettable, I will be back soon I hope I will meet them again, Thank u for this amazing stay.

Beautiful hotel away from the traffic center of Dubai. We stayed there for one night and we had good fun, the service, cleanliness, hotel amenities and atmosphere all were positive. On our last few hours, we had an injury in the pool, unfortunately the hotel is not equipped to deal with emergencies. The staff were frozen and we had to direct them on what to do. The first aid kit took long time to arrive although it should be by the pool side. To get the car to drive to a hospital was another mess as you have to pick the car from another place and they didn’t help by bringing the car nearby.

I had an excellent experience at Paramount Hotel Dubai, and I would especially like to recognize Ahmed from the Concierge team. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay truly memorable. Ahmed was always courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with every request. His exceptional customer service reflects very positively on the hotel. Thank you, Ahmed, for making the experience outstanding.

I stayed for 1 night in the hotel, and I upgraded to junior suit, the room wasn’t as expected the ac was very hot in the screen the temperature says it’s 20 but when the technician came which is after 20 minutes when I called the reception he told me there was a problem in the ac which made it 26 degree, and while fixing it took 20 minutes extra which is total of 40 minutes this was at 3 am, and the day which is check out I ordered someone to take the luggage he didn’t even came, I took my luggage alone downstairs.

Brother Mustafa is respectful and treats people well.
