I stayed here for a few days and overall the experience was okay. However, the breakfast service was quite disappointing. One of the South African chef (I don’t remember his exact name - Logos or mogos) was repeatedly arguing with other staff and was extremely unwelcoming. Even when I wished him “Good morning,” he completely ignored me. When I requested an omelette, he went inside without any response and later returned with a burnt and extremely salty omelette. This kind of attitude and service is simply not acceptable in hospitality. I believe the management should look into this and address both the staff behaviour and breakfast service.

I had a wonderful time in this hotel. All employees are so kind. The restaurant is amazing, they are open for an agreement about changing menu for different meal preferences. Only minus for this hotel is laundry service, you never know when you will get your clothes back. Sometimes one day later sometimes you have to ask after 3 days what is happening with your clothes. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants pleasant stay in Sharjah with the most kind and friendly hotel stuff.

The prices are excellent and the atmosphere is beautiful, suitable for families.

The rooms need furniture renovations and there are delays in check-in due to staff shortages.

No one answers the phone or email, and there's no WhatsApp for direct contact. This hotel is a disaster! (lol) And there's no airport transfer.
