Yesterday I had a meal at Dom Bistro after reading many positive reviews, so I had high expectations. My first impression was that the space was cozy, beautiful, and the ingredients were generally quite high quality. However, the service and the way the dishes were served left me a little disappointed. I ordered oysters and scallops as appetizers, followed by steak and T-bone for the main course. The oysters were brought out first, but it took about 10-15 minutes for the scallops to arrive, while my companion had almost finished the appetizers. Even worse, I had only eaten the second piece of scallop when the staff brought out the steak. I had to ask them to take it back because I hadn't finished the appetizer. As a result, when the steak was served a second time, it wasn't at its best. Regarding the food, the oysters were prepared by discarding the natural seawater inside, which deprived them of the characteristic salty-sweet flavor that I really liked. The steak was grilled to the desired doneness, but lacked the appealing aroma of grilled beef, leaving the experience somewhat incomplete. In short, Dom Bistro has a beautiful ambiance, good ingredients, and a lot of potential. However, I think the restaurant should improve its food preparation process and the coordination of its service staff to create a more polished customer experience. If these points are addressed, I believe the restaurant will live up to the praise it has received. Hopefully, my feedback will help the restaurant improve, as I always hope that businesses that operate seriously will get better and better.

The European-style food was delicious, and the menu was extensive and varied. We went as a couple, and the reservation button was very convenient; we booked in advance and didn't have to wait long. We will definitely come back next time.

I was just trying it out, but it was surprisingly delicious and paired perfectly with the food, enhancing the overall dining experience. As for the food, I highly recommend the steak! The meat was of excellent quality, cooked to perfection, and the smoky aroma and cooking technique were outstanding. With this quality, I think it would cost at least 700-800 NTD in Taiwan, making the price here incredibly good value. The pizza also surprised me. It had my favorite thin, crispy crust, with a texture as crisp as a biscuit, yet retaining a rich sauce and cheesy aroma. Every bite was layered and delightful, unlike any ordinary pizza. Furthermore, the service here is also commendable. The staff are neither overly intrusive nor overly attentive; instead, they quietly observe guests' needs and offer assistance when appropriate. For example, when the table needs tidying, they proactively collect used tissues. Many small details are handled very well, making the experience very comfortable. Now I finally understand why this restaurant has so many positive reviews on Google—it's truly worth it. Whether it's the food quality, service, ambiance, or price, it offers exceptional value for money. If you're looking for a restaurant suitable for dates, celebrations, gatherings, or even business dinners, I would recommend this place without hesitation. I will definitely visit again next time!

I had dinner at DOM with some fellow wine lovers. The decor was nice but not particularly impressive. However, the food was delicious and the staff provided excellent service, so I'd give it 5 stars. (Actually, 4.5 stars) The chef was quite skilled, the ingredients were fresh, so the experience of eating the dishes and pairing them with the fine wine gave me a perfect dinner.
