I booked through the Hotels.com app, and it said there was a microwave, but it doesn't work, so it shouldn't be advertised. There's no toilet paper in the bathroom. But worst of all, the place is infested with bedbugs. With the help of the app's customer service representative, I managed to cancel my reservation and get a refund (I was going to stay for a week). In Vietnam, there are incredible accommodations for the same price as here; being cheap isn't fair when it's so bad.

Terrible experience. The room was old, the walls were damp and moldy in many places, smelled bad, and the floor was leaking, so there were always water droplets on the floor. The bathroom was narrow, lacked towel hooks, and had a hole in the bathroom wall leading directly to the hallway. Soundproofing was poor, and being on the ground floor near the lobby made it extremely noisy. At this price point, I wouldn't recommend it.

AVOID THIS HOTEL IMMEDIATELY! Terrible hotel! Not worth the price. The room was damp, smelly, the headboard was broken and covered with paper, the bathroom door was old and wouldn't open. Overall, I had a very bad experience at this hotel.

Had a very nice stay in multiple hotel rooms here - the staff and Minh (the owner) are very friendly & inviting - even if there are some language barriers and always have good recommendations for coffee, food, etc., or directly invite you for lunch. Always some people around in the lobby - doesn't get boring. 😄

I had a wonderful stay at Language Exchange 3 Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, making it incredibly convenient to reach almost all major attractions within minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby, so everything you need is just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a very relaxing environment after a day of exploring. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The host was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. A special mention to Mai — she was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, cheerful, and incredibly supportive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us, always with a smile, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out and made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting — would definitely love to stay here again!

Staff was wonderful and accommodating!!! Great location. Unique rooms and priced just right! Highly recommended.

I hope they will clean it with dittol it will help take out the mold . And it would be nice if they fixed the leaking pipe in the sink I got wet feets because, and the fan in that bathroom is broken so moisture will not be aired out but and the TV was broken so no HDMI function. I payed 10$ USD per night and that is too much for headache and cough that could have been avoided be cleaning with anti fungal/mold spray. And I woke up with a cockroach 🪳 in the bed pretty hard going to sleep again after that . So I slept with lights on. If you decide to stay there then write you want room with big window and alot of air don't do train -/ metro -/ subway - room. They will charge for cleaning when you leave 100k if you pay by credit card but I don't know who that will preform it but you can get lingam massage there

Horrible place - and they know it! They do this SCAM - they know they have terrible rating so put more "fake" hotels on booking that look far better and have great reviews (fake) and then hwne you arrive they told you "sorry, you room is broke/not clean/something, but we other, much better hotel across the street and we will give you discount!". It is scam, we were tired and it was late so we took it, but it was terrible place. No furniture, toulet with no real doors and glass wall, dirty towels... If you find yourself in this place, just run PS: they are posing under tons of different name, we saw them first as "Saigon 1988 Manison" or something like that

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! Stole my money for a whole week and never refunded!! Worst people I have ever met in my life…booked the accomodation through Airbnb. Completely different pictures. When I arrived they told me that I have been scammed (but they are the scammers) and offered me to stay at this place. Since I was tired from all the travels I said ok and booked for 2 days. This place was part of the scam, the rooms are horrible, beds are full of Bedbugs, mold and pests and very dirty. There was a rat in the kitchen. Checked out after 2 days but they took money for the whole week. When I asked for my money they got super aggressive and eventually never paid me back! This was a complete nightmare

OMG🥶No power in the dorms. It's like a hotel without a toilet.
