Calla Hotel Hoi An

We had a very bad stay at this hotel, upon arrival back to the room, we found a lizard and we had to move to a twin beds which has also a lizard but in the balcony. The night shift receptionist took us to another hotel and threw us there without checking on us, we had to go back to the hotel and stay in a twin room, very unpleasant stay with very poor service and breakfast. Please check your room before settling there.

Renting a motorcycle for 150k is very convenient.

Amazing hotel with nice rooms. Very clean. The breakfast is definitely worth it as well! You are walking distance to a ton of sights and food. Great nightlife 10 min walk away but it is very quiet and peaceful here.

Perhaps what I liked most about this hotel was its convenient location near the Old Town, making it easy to get around. Other services were quite basic, but if you're traveling and don't plan on staying in a hotel for long periods, this is a pretty good option.

Great hotel! Super kind and friendly staff. In house laundry services. Super close to the river where you can walk and see the night market or take in a lantern boat ride and about 20 minute walk into the centre of old town where you can enjoy tailoring! Stayed here for my mom’s birthday and they did up her room with decorations and balloons and got her a cake and flowers too! Would book here again!

Eco Hotel - Calla Hotel We stayed here for three nights, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The service is exceptional; having access to the concierge via WhatsApp made every request seamless and easy. Our room was impeccably maintained with fresh water and towels provided daily. The location is perfect—situated in a peaceful area that offers a quiet escape, yet only a short walk from the vibrant energy of Ancient Town. We also utilized the hotel’s laundry service, which was competitively priced and impressively fast. We dropped it off at night and had it back by the following afternoon. Highly recommend!
