Great for families! First, I'd like to thank Mr. Bashar from Lebanon; he was incredibly polite and courteous. His excellent service was truly impressive. Second, the hotel is fantastic for families. It offers a complete breakfast, a dedicated art and drawing area for children, billiards, and foosball. I booked a family suite, and it was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.

Overall, a good visit. The room was too hot for our liking, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The shower in our room had a broken part, but the staff gave us a coupon at the bar as a good gesture, since the shower was still 100% functional. The bed was also too soft for our liking but ok.
