The stay at this hotel was unfortunately not a success. On site, it turned out that access was difficult because of a closed road, which we had not been informed about beforehand. After arriving at around 1:30 a.m., we were given room no. 3, which was very stuffy and around 30°C. I understand that the hotel does not have air conditioning, but in such temperatures it would at least have been good to air out the room in advance or provide a fan. An additional problem was the noise coming from machines located right outside the window, which practically made it impossible to sleep peacefully. With the window closed, it was too hot, and with it open, the constant hum was disturbing. The only positive thing I can mention is that the staff interaction itself was fine, but the accommodation conditions left a lot to be desired. I also believe that the parking fee should be refunded, because due to the closed road it was not possible to drive up to the hotel by car
I won't be coming back here! It looks like a super beautiful hotel from the outside, but once inside the room, it was so disappointing. I booked a deluxe room, but it was very small. Our air conditioning made a strange noise and leaked water, making everything wet; the entire wardrobe was soggy, as were the walls. You could hear everything from the outside, and a lot of light streamed into the room. I think it's too expensive for what you get!
Nice room and good breakfast, but the service left something to be desired for us. The Wi-Fi worked very poorly for a long time and the smart TV offered hardly any features. When we reported this, we received little understanding or help and were referred to the fact that it was Sunday. For us, that is not a valid excuse, since we, as guests, also simply paid for the service, regardless of the day of the week.
Very unfriendly staff, they will never see me again.
