Truly, a much better hotel... and a better person... Honestly, everything was great, close to everything, 15 minutes from the train station. Cafe, leisure facilities, museum. Good beds, magnificent view, I would go back without hesitation.

I've stayed at this place twice and both times were great. The host was very friendly, the place was clean, and the price was excellent. The location is perfect for where we go, close to the offices that handle vehicle registration and near the city center. He even stored our backpacks for us after we checked out while we went sightseeing in Brussels. 100% recommended, I'll definitely be back.

Our stay at this hostel was, without exaggeration, one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had. To begin with, we're still waiting for our deposit back, which the establishment refuses to return for no valid reason. This alone is enough to label it as dishonest and unprofessional. But the problem doesn't end there. The facilities were in deplorable condition: the room reeked of damp and accumulated dirt, making it virtually impossible to rest peacefully. The most alarming thing, however, was finding ticks in the room, a clear sign that cleanliness and hygiene are not a priority for this place. It's unacceptable that accommodation open to the public should be in such a state of neglect. The overall impression is of a neglected, poorly managed place, completely indifferent to the well-being of its guests. Instead of being a welcoming place in Brussels, it became a source of stress, worry, and wasted money. We strongly recommend that anyone who values ​​their health, their money, and their peace of mind avoid this hostel at all costs. Brussels has many better, cleaner, and above all, more honest options. This establishment not only disappoints, but it also gives the distinct impression of trying to take advantage of those who trust it.

Small comfortable room, but there only the bed. Toilet and shower is public. Looks more like a hostel with single room than a hotel. In the site is not enough of the pictures. Service is good, people are kind. Also Belgians told the location little bit dangerous.

The staff were lovely, even though we only saw them upon arrival. The room, however, was more than questionable. We were given the "garden" room, and a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke persisted despite our efforts to air it out. Furthermore, the curtains were hanging by a thread; they fell down at the slightest touch. The shared bathroom was tiny. And it was nearly impossible to sleep; we could hear everything that was going on in the building. The only positive point was that the "hotel" was located fairly close to Brussels' iconic landmarks (a 15-20 minute walk), convenient for avoiding the need for public transport.

It’s absolutely dreadful. The man in charge of the property and welcoming guests is rude. On top of demanding a deposit in order to access the property—something he does with a very poor attitude—he is also a thief. It has been over 20 days since my stay. The beds were full of bedbugs that bit us, and the kitchen didn’t even have a cup to enjoy a morning tea. There was nowhere to prepare food and no way to wash the few dirty dishes. To make matters worse, he refuses to return the deposit. He will not respond ABOUT MY MONEY, even though my family and I left before the check-out time and cleaned the kitchen and everything we used. THIS IS THEFT. Please do not stay there.

The owner provides inaccurate information and deceives about the return of the deposit

The most infuriating accommodation scam I have ever encountered. It’s been approximately 1.5 months since our stay, and we still haven’t received the €300 deposit we paid. For the past 1.5 months, I’ve been in contact with Booking, through which we made the reservation, as well as all the other necessary authorities. They’ve provided us with some excuses for not returning the €300, such as false claims that we smoked in the hotel room and violated the rules. These accusations are completely baseless and false. They are nothing but lies made up to pocket the €300 themselves. They might think we’ll let go of the €300, but I want to make it clear that due to their lies and slander, I will pursue every legal course of action. I will not let go of the €300, and I will initiate the necessary legal processes with all the evidence and documents I have. This is no longer about money for me—it’s a matter of principle. Because of fraudulent accommodation businesses like this, we don’t know whom to trust anymore. I absolutely will not let this matter go until I recover the €300. Do not, under any circumstances, book accommodation here. It’s nothing but a scam.
