Hotel Family Sarajevo

Very nice staff: Berin and Esrin, the hotel is very clean, parking is available and breakfast is well-served and miscellaneous, but the demrits are: far from the city center and the isolation between flats are not so good.

The owner and staff are very friendly and sincere. The last-minute surprise they arranged because we were going on a long trip was wonderful. Even if it deserved 10 stars instead of 5, it's a truly exceptional business.

We came without any expectations, and left very satisfied. Kudos for the cleanliness and hospitality. They even prepared water for us for the trip - a very nice gesture. Highly recommended for everyone
