KABKIS Burgas (free HIV testing)

The KABKIS office at the Regional Health Inspectorate (RZI) in Burgas does free, anonymous rapid tests for HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C, with counselling. It's in the RZI building at Aleksandrovska 120, room 102, at the northern end of the pedestrian street. A Ministry of Health list gives the hours as working days 08:30-16:00, but that comes from a 2022 campaign document, so call the RZI switchboard before you go. You don't need ID or a referral.
