Great room for the price, modern with no tired edges. Extremely clean! Bath tub was large with detachable shower head. Coffee pod machine in room. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. We had a room facing a car park/back entrance, zero noise from outside or other rooms. Location is great near the start of a busy high street. Staff very nice although we had little interaction or need for their help. Highly recommend. Would return.

Excellent stay in the heart of Prague. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The service was excellent from start to finish—staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or requests. The location is a major highlight. Situated right in Prague’s city centre, it’s within easy walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport. We were able to explore most of the city on foot, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, a great combination of quality service, comfort, and an unbeatable location. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 5D4N and the service was top notch - the first night we got a room without a bath, when we called the reception requesting for a room without bath, they weren’t hesitant to sort that out for us and changed the room the next morning. Reception always friendly and helpful, location wise is very central to all attractions. With this price, we would definitely recommend booking with this hotel and will definitely be back - prague has been good overall!

The hotel doesn't deserve its stars. My room sucked. Even with the air conditioning off, the unit constantly hummed. The heavy door to the room slams when closed – if someone enters within a radius of several rooms at night, the sound of it closing can be quite disturbing – I had to sleep with earplugs! The bathroom door is made of glass and doesn't close properly, providing no privacy (which is a problem if you're not traveling with a partner). The beds are hard, the duvets heavy. There's nowhere to put your suitcases and belongings – the wardrobe is non-functional. There's a bathtub instead of a shower (a preference). The furniture seems old and worn. There are practically only Czech-language channels on the TV. Overall, hotel deserves a 3-star rating, no more.

Friendly staff, clean room. Staff held our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. Really good location to all the attractions, Would return.
