The Mandarin Oriental Prague is located in the western part of the city, near Charles Bridge. Although you need to cross the bridge to get to the Old Town, it's very close to Prague Castle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is excellent.

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. The staff, including Katie and Pavel, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our trip. Every interaction was warm and professional, and the level of service made our experience feel extra special. Thank you for treating us so wonderfully and making our vacation such a beautiful memory. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Prague. The property is situated on the site of a 14th century monastery, beautifully located a couple of minutes from the Charles bridge, yet tucked away in a privately quiet area. Rooms are nicely updated with classic decor, windows overlooking the lovely courtyard provided plenty of natural light, a/c kept us comfortable, and the whole place was gloriously clean and quiet. What really added to our experience was the impeccable service we experienced. From a warm, hospitable welcome at our arrival (thank you, Shareef), to breakfast service with genuine kindness (thank you, Jose), we felt well taken care of by the wonderfully professional and friendly staff. One disappointing incident happened when a fellow guest made a scene at breakfast, berating the staff for his breakfast apparently not arriving in timely manner, making accusations and even calling into question the staff’s job. We were appalled at the rudeness, and embarrassed by this fellow guest. Yet the staff handled the situation with grace and kindness, showing, yet again, their professionalism and hospitality. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental Prague - looking forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay. We've been to other Mandarin oriental hotels around the world, but this one is a little more like a boutique hotel. Smaller than most and it feels more personal. The best location only a few minutes walk from the Charles bridge. Exceptional service from all the staff. We would like to say a special thanks to Sonny and José who looked after us every morning with exceptional service and food. We will be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Prague. The property itself is stunning—set within a beautifully converted monastery that gives the hotel a unique sense of history and character. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I especially want to recognize Jose in the breakfast area, who provided truly outstanding service. Breakfast was very nice overall. They served delicious coffee. Our room was lovely and well-appointed; however, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The master bedroom was quite dark, making it difficult to see inside suitcases, and the climate control could use improvement—it became quite warm at night, and the air conditioning cycled on and off inconsistently. Bedding was comfortable and luxurious. Room was mostly quiet. That said, these were small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience. The location is ideal—perfect.

Stayed 5 nights and loved every bit of it. Beautiful property in Mala Strana, walking distance to Charles Bridge. Room was great, room service was quick and the menu was solid. Big shoutout to Shaheer at the front desk who went above and beyond with everything. Accepting packages, helping with requests, always with a smile. Genuinely the kind of service that makes a 5 star feel like a 5 star. One heads up: the Google Maps pin shows the entrance on Nebovidská but the actual entrance is on Harantova street. Taxis will drop you off on the wrong side if you just follow the pin. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Shaheer and the team!

I especially appreciated being recognized by my name and welcomed in a genuine way—it made the stay feel more like living than visiting. The finest hotel experience I have ever had.

The concept of luxury is perfectly embodied at the Mandarin Hotel. I would have loved to spend more time there; the room was spotless, the bathroom amenities... yes, the bathroom... The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I would return without hesitation.
