The Square

It was a very pleasant experience. As I was staying alone, I found the size adequate. The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the location was perfect. I would love to stay there again ☺️

Not having water in the rooms is, in my opinion, rude behavior for 4-star and above hotels. Also, it's not really possible for two people's belongings to fit in the rooms for a 3-day stay. I hope they improve the hanging system. It was a clean hotel, in a central location.

Blood stains on the inside of the pillow. Did not see it until the next day. Disgusting!

We had a family event and we all stayed in this hotel. And it was perfect. The room clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, very nice Gym. The location is in a very central area, close to the city and to the subway and other means of transportation. Bottom line highly recommended.

That's what happens, when a hotel gets rewarded too much: Employees get arrogant (at my check in I had to make my booking platform call the clerk in order to provide information to her I was able to show to them, 5 May, 5:50 pm), service gets poor (e.g. the lounge became ridiculous), and the price value ratio becomes worse (rooms are okay but not worth the prices asked for). Only positive aspects was the wonderful gentleman with whom I checked out on 6 May, 7 am.

While it might prioritize atmosphere somewhat, it's a reliable hotel. I didn't experience any particular problems during my stay. You can check in and check out without going to the front desk using the app, but be aware that the app is in German, which can be difficult if you don't understand it.

This hotel is providing everything required to a great stay in copenhaguen. The room is well decorated with the required amenities and comfortable beds. The breakfast has a large choice with both local and classic dish. The employees are helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and peaceful. I really want to thank Ludo for his incredible work, his hospitality, his friendliness and overall ability to share his love of the city. He was able to understand our needs for the perfect trip and helped us refine our travelplans. He is a huge part of our trip’s memories. I really recommend asking him for any questions you light have on the region. Thank you and if we come back to this city, we will for sure choose this hotel.

We booked a number of rooms through hotel.com, however the hotel messed up at least 2 rooms. We were given tiny single bed rooms. My room had a very loud nightclub nearby, so quite annoying. Avoid the rooms facing the square. Location is good, but that's about it.
